In 2012,the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted the final rules to implementthe reporting and disclosure requirements concerning Conflict Minerals。Foryouis subject to the SEC Conflict Minerals rules.

To move closer to the goal of ending human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which are widely understood to be funded by the illegal trade of conflict minerals, it’s appreciated that each supplier respond to our survey regarding the use and sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, etc. (3TG).
華陽多媒體非常感謝各位供應商對于錫、钽、鎢、金、钴（3TG）等金屬使用和采購情況的調查作出回應，這是爲了進一步實現結束在剛果民主共和國發生的人權暴行這一目標，而且國際上廣泛認爲該國的人權暴行通過非法交易沖突礦産來獲得資金支持。
Once Foryou requires, each supplier should return a newest EICC/GeSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template to Foryou. No other forms of response will be accepted.
當華陽多媒體提出要求，每個供應商必須交還一份最新的EICC/GeSI沖突礦産報告模板給華陽多媒體。其它的格式的回複概不接受。
Any supplier who may have tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, etc. in its product and/or supply chain must make a similar inquiry to its supply chain and obtain a list of the smelters processing these metals.
任何在産品和/或供應鏈中可能含有錫、钽、鎢、金、钴等的供應商必須對其供應鏈進行類似查詢，並獲取處理這些金屬的冶煉廠的名單。

Important Definitions：
重要定義：
Conflict Minerals: Any amount of tin, tantalum, tungsten,gold, cobalt, etc., regardless of where it is mined. The term “conflict minerals,” by itself, does not necessarily mean that the metals are supporting armed conflict in the DRC or Covered Countries. The objective is to determine if the “conflict minerals” in our products are or are not supporting armed conflict in the DRC or Covered Countries. (Example: Tin that originates from a mine in the United States of America is considered a conflict mineral).
沖突礦産：指在任何地方開采出的任何含量的錫、钽、鎢或金。“沖突礦産”本身並不一定意味著該金屬爲剛果民主共和國或其共享邊境國家的武裝沖突提供支持。該術語的目標在于確定我們産品中存在的“沖突礦産”是否爲剛果民主共和國或其共享邊境國家的武裝沖突提供支持。（例如：産自美國礦山的錫即被視爲沖突礦産）。
